Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Auraa fit. If the size isn't right or the vibe is off, we are here to help.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned unwashed and with all original tags attached.

• Exchange Policy:

  • First Exchange is on Us: Need a different size or a different colour? Your first exchange is 100% FREE. We will pick up the old one and ship the new one.

  • Subsequent Exchanges: If you need to exchange the same order a second time, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• Return Policy: We understand that sometimes the vibe is just off and maybe you didn't like the quality of the product, and that's not a problem either. Therefore, we offer a 7-days return policy. However, kindly note that a Flat Rs. 99/- return fee is applicable in the refundable amount.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: You must share an unboxing video or clear photos of the defect. This helps us fix the issue instantly.
